Getting money into Bulletz is the easy half. Getting it back out is what most players actually want to know before they commit a deposit, and that is the half this page spends the most time on. Everything below – methods, limits, fees, timings – comes straight from our own published terms, not from a general idea of how a casino "usually" works.

Processing a withdrawal at Bulletz depends on three things: which method you used to deposit, whether you have cleared the turnover requirement tied to any bonus, and whether your account has been verified. Miss any one of those and the payout either stalls or gets a fee attached to it.

How long a Bulletz payout actually takes

Once a payout request lands with us, it goes into a queue and is processed within 72 hours, in the order it was received. That figure is the stated processing window, not a guarantee your specific request clears at the fastest end of it – queue position and verification status both affect where you land inside that 72-hour band.

The clock on that window only starts once two conditions are met: your account is verified to the level your deposit history requires, and you have cleared the minimum turnover on your balance. A request submitted before either of those is settled will not move, whatever the 72-hour figure suggests.

What holds a withdrawal up before the 72 hours even starts

What you can pay with, and what actually pays you

Funding an account at Bulletz runs through Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller and cryptocurrency. Not every one of those is a two-way route: a method that gets money in is not automatically the one that sends money back.

Card payouts – Visa and Mastercard – are capped at €4,000 per transaction. Mastercard payouts reach a long list of European markets including Ireland, Malta and the UK, while Visa payouts are blocked in a separate set of countries covering the US, Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia and Singapore. Where you are sitting geographically genuinely changes which card route is open to you.

E-wallets carry their own geography. Skrill cannot be used to register from a long list of countries – Iran, Iraq, Cuba and North Korea among them – and its domains are blocked outright for a smaller set including Afghanistan, Libya and Syria. Neteller runs a similarly long exclusion list, covering countries from Kazakhstan to Yemen. Crypto deposits go through a native system that only accepts direct transfers, and Ethereum specifically needs the ERC20 token – BEP20 is not supported.

The fees and limits that actually apply

Every deposit carries a fixed €1.00 commission, applied at the point you pay in – deposit €20 and €21 leaves your account, with €20 credited to your Bulletz balance. That fee is charged on every deposit regardless of size, which weighs more heavily on players topping up in smaller amounts.

Withdrawals themselves carry no commission. What can still cost you:

Minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal both sit at €20. Withdrawal ceilings are capped at €2,000 a day, €5,000 a week and €10,000 a month. If a balance exceeds €25,000, a single win passes €10,000, or a payout is more than 5,000 times the original stake, the request goes through a game check that can take up to 7 working days. We support EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, PLN, NOK, NZD and the cryptocurrencies mBTC, LTC and ETH, with EUR as the main currency – whichever currency your account runs in, that is the one your limits and fees are quoted in.

A refund on a deposit can be requested within 7 days, but only if there has been no game activity on the account since that deposit landed. Leave an account untouched for 13 consecutive months – no bets, deposits, withdrawals or transfers – and an inactive account fee applies.

Proving who you are before the money moves

Verification becomes compulsory once your lifetime deposits pass €2,000, or the moment you request any withdrawal, whichever comes first. Both triggers lead to the same document checklist.

What we ask for

  1. A government-issued photo ID – passport, national ID card or birth certificate.
  2. A selfie holding that same document.
  3. A bank statement or utility bill dated within the last six months.

We may also ask for a payment card with the first six and last four digits visible and the CVV hidden, and in some cases for notarised ID, proof of address, bank references or documentation showing where your funds came from.

What happens while your documents sit with us

Once you upload everything, your account moves to a "Temporarily Approved" status. That lets you keep playing, but caps aggregate deposits at €500 and blocks withdrawals entirely until the check is finished. Our KYC team has 24 hours to review what you sent and email you the outcome – so the practical wait for a first payout is that review window plus whatever remains of the 72-hour processing queue, not the 72 hours alone.

Getting your money back if things go wrong

An incorrect withdrawal method or a mismatch between your deposit and payout route is the most common reason a payout stalls rather than fails outright.

Funds have to come back the same way they went in – a switched method can mean a fee and a delay before your first request is even seen.

If your winnings came from wagering the welcome package specifically, a separate cap applies: withdrawals from that balance are limited to €500 a week until the whole amount has cleared or your balance drops below €10. That is worth knowing before you chase a big win through bonus funds rather than your own deposit.

You can set a daily deposit limit on your account at any time, and self-exclusion is available for a minimum of one day if you need to step away. Once self-exclusion is active, the account cannot be reopened until at least 48 hours have passed – there is no early reversal.
